Attribution of review corrected

After consulting with Ken and Nikki, we have decided that there is no reason to believe that Whitman authored the unsigned review of the Rossetti volume Poems by Walt Whitman that appeared in the November 1869 issue of The Australian Journal. I have therefore changed the authorship attribution to "unknown."

Added Gems from Walt Whitman

I have published Ed Whitley's transcription of Gems from Walt Whitman in Published Works/Books by Whitman, along with his introductory essay. I have also revised the introduction to the Rhys and Rossetti editions to credit Ed and to correct a handful of typos that Ken noticed.

Rossetti and Rhys pages tweaked

I've gotten rid of all of the anchor tags in these XHTML files, since they were creating a weird effect: mouseover of *any* text caused underlining to appear, as for a link (though clicking didn't produce any results). That's gone. I've saved backups of the old files, in case they will be of use; I know work is going on to convert these to XML anyway, so the XHTML versions may be replaced altogether soon.
