"Teaching" sub-section removed from "Resources"

It was decided at Whitman camp to remove this sub-section, since only one syllabus remained (and that now very old). The other link from the teaching page, to the Classroom Electric project, has been added to the "Links" subsection. In place of "Teaching" on the homepage of the Archive I have added "Links."

Removed broken syllabus link

The link to the syllabus "Selected American Authors: Emily Dickinson & Walt Whitman" was no longer working and the syllabus for that course is no longer publicly available, so I took it off the "Teaching Resources" page.
